Tamra Municipality to compensate boy who lost his eye on way to grocery store by NIS 1.7m.
A ten-year-old boy tripped on an unpaved path, and his eye was injured by a tree branch left in the area. The court: "The defendant did not lift a finger and did not remove the dangerous hazards."
