Oscar Downstream Expands Retail Activity with RON70M Investment on Moldovia Highway
Oscar Downstream, the biggest independent player on the local oil market, is investing RON70 million in the development of two services spaces on Moldavia highway, on Buzau-Foscani section, on the basis of a concession contract sealed for a 30-year period with CNAIR, the national company in charge of road infrastructure.
