The foreign exchange reserves held by Romania's central bank, excluding gold, shrank by EUR1.5 billion to EUR58.55 billion at the end of October 2026, compared with September 2026, after having dropped by EUR4.8 billion that month, Romania’s central bank announced on Monday, November 2.
