Iulian Stanciu Sells Flanco to Greek Group PPC
Greek group PPC, which in 2023 took over Enel Romania operations, has signed an agreement to buy electro-IT retailer Flanco from entrepreneur Iulian Stanciu, who own 98% of shares, and Dragos Sirbu, with a 2% stake, in a deal valuing the company at EUR35 million.
