Aluminum smelter Alro Slatina (ALR.RO) on Monday announced that Alexandr Barabanov, Pavel Primakov and Pavel Machitski (son of Russian oligarch Vitaliy Machitski) had resigned its Board of Directors, in a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
