ISLAMABAD - A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) Tuesday ordered to club Komal Ismael’s ICA with Rao Abdul Rahim’s ICA against Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan’s decision in blasphemy cases.
