The Board of Directors of Romanian onshore drilling company Foraj Sonde Videle (stock symbol: FOJE) has convened the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on October 13, 2026, requesting shareholders’ approval to increase the 2026 investment budget to EUR55 million from EUR45 million, as per the convening notice published at the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
