In the area of responsibility of the Tavria operational-strategic group of troops in Avdiyivka direction, the Russians are regrouping and keep trying to encircle Avdiyivka.
In Avdiyivka direction, the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled 10 enemy attacks in the area of Avdiyivka settlement and more than 15 attacks near other settlements.
The Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled Russian attacks in Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiyivka, Maryinka and Shakhtarske directions. A total of 72 combat engagements took place on the front during the day.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine have forced the enemy to retreat in Kharkiv, Sloviansk, Avdiyivka directions, inflicting losses on Russian troops in the latter two.
