The death toll from a Russian strike on a production and warehouse building in a community in the Kyiv region's Obukhiv district has risen to three, with six other people injured.
A shooting occurred inside the Pechersk District Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) in Kyiv, injuring three police officers and three service members. The shooter was detained.
