The Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the Council of Europe has provided the Secretary General of the Council of Europe with updated information on the derogation from the obligations undertaken under the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms due to martial law.

The International Court of Justice has rejected most of Ukraine's claims against Russia in the case regarding violation of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.

The international community should increase pressure on the Russian Federation and force it to comply with the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment and Punishment.
