Emergency power outages have been implemented in Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, as well as partially in Kirovohrad, Kyiv, and Cherkasy regions.
Emergency and rescue operations have been completed in Kharkiv at the site of a missile attack by the Russian army. The attack killed one person and injured 114, including 9 children.
The main targets of today's missile attack by Russia were power plants and high-voltage grid facilities, which resulted in a significant capacity deficit in the power system. Emergency blackouts are being applied across the country’s regions.
