Ukraine’s Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Valeriy Zaluzhnyi and Commander of the Ground Forces, Colonel General Oleksandr Syrskyi presented awards to servicepersons of the Ground Forces.
