In northeastern Ukraine’s Sumy region, Invincibility Points, deployed in the Romy district, have been switched to 24-hour operation as emergency response teams scramble to restore power supply to populated areas amid continued Russian attacks.

The State Emergency Service has launched lmost a thousand stationary and mobile Invincibility Points throughout the country ahead of winter months.

Ukraine has received from Poland another batch of Starlink satellite communication terminals, which will be sent to Invincibility Points set up across country to provide emergency power and heating to people in areas affected by long blackouts in the winter period.
