The oil tanker P. Aliki, carrying approximately 650,000 barrels of Saudi crude oil to Pakistan, passed through the Strait of Hormuz along the coast of Iran.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced the closure of the Strait of Hormuz to maritime traffic and warned that ships attempting to violate the ban will face a harsh response.
