A plant in Russia's Alabuga special economic zone in Tatarstan plans to produce six thousand Shahed attack drones annually.

British intelligence notes that Ukraine's attack on the Shahed kamikaze drone production facility in the remote region of Tatarstan demonstrates the ability of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to penetrate deep into Russia.

The Kremlin has transferred an agglomeration of the Luhansk region’s temporarily occupied towns, such as Sievierodonetsk, Lysychansk and Rubizhne, under the full control of its subordinate entity, the Republic of Tatarstan.
