The participants of the January Uprising of 1863–1864 in Vilnius could not even have dreamed of the level of unity that Ukraine’s international partners are demonstrating today. Together, they are striving to ensure that joint efforts are sufficient to provide real protection for Ukraine – and, consequently, for Europe.
