Rescuers extinguished a fire at a warehouse facility in Kyiv region's Boryspil district that broke out as a result of a Russian attack on September 21.
The heads of the Boryspil and Bucha territorial recruitment and social support centers, as well as their accomplice, will be held in custody without the right to put up bail.
