President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Oleksii Kovalenko as Commander of the Communications and Cybersecurity Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky approved the appointment of Colonel Yurii Cherevashenko as Commander of Unmanned Air Defense Systems — Deputy Commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Colonel Serhii Zakharevych, Commander of the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after General-Khorunzhyi Marko Bezruchko, was killed in action while defending Ukraine from Russian invaders.
Following a meeting of the Commander-in-Chief's Staff, President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Mykhailo Drapatyi had been appointed the new Commander of the Land Forces and Oleh Apostol had been appointed Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
