The draft state budget for 2026 calls for allocating funds to support programs for internally displaced persons (IDPs). Priorities include housing, employment, social protection, and assistance for vulnerable groups.

The Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, stated that there are currently over 4.6 million internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Ukraine.
