Russian artillery shelling has killed a 64-year-old man in the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, Kharkiv region, and injured two people in the village of Monachynivka.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 274 civilians have been blown up by explosive devices in the Kharkiv region, and in 73 cases it has resulted in death.
