Mandatory evacuation will be announced in 18 villages of the Velykyi Burluk and Vilkhuvatka communities in the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region.

In Kupyansk direction, the front line has not changed, although the Russian army does not stop its assaults. Mandatory evacuation from part of Kupyansk district is not related to the risk of recapture of the territories but is necessary due to the constant shelling of the civilian population.
