Ukraine's Embassy in France has established direct contact with police and medical authorities in Monaco following an explosion that injured a sanctioned Ukrainian businessman and members of his family.
Monaco will play a significant role in the coming years as a hub for investments in Ukraine’s reconstruction, a process that has already begun and is currently estimated at approximately $588 billion.
