For the third consecutive day, Russian forces have attacked facilities belonging to the Naftogaz Group. Overnight on August 9, drones struck the production assets and a drilling site of Ukrnafta.

The assets of Motor Sich, Zaporizhtransformator, AvtoKrAZ, Ukrnafta and Ukrtatnafta have been placed under the management of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.
