De vrijlating van Israëlische gijzelaars is alsnog gelukt zaterdagavond, melden verschillende bronnen. Hamas stelde zaterdag de vrijlating van een tweede groep gijzelaars uit, omdat Israël zich niet aan de afspraken zou houden. De onenigheid is bijgelegd na bemiddeling door Qatar en Egypte.

Ook CNN zei dergelijke signalen te hebben ontvangen.
