A judicial commission formed by the Sindh High Court to investigate the disappearance of Mir Raza Ali on Monday recorded the statement of his friend, Muhammad Haitham.

The judicial commission investigating the murder of Mir Raza Ali has summoned seven witnesses, including two police officials, his business associates and friends, to record their statements on Sept 3.

The Sindh High Court (SHC) has issued a written order on a petition seeking the formation of a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) to investigate the death of Mir Raza Ali.

A new investigation team formed by the Sindh IGP on Monday initiated formal proceedings into the murder of business owner Mir Raza Ali, following the findings of a second post-mortem examination. The initial findings of the second post-mortem examination of 25-year-old businessman Mir Raza Ali revealed multiple injuries and a congealed black substance in his mouth and throat, Police Surgeon Dr Summaiya Syed said on Saturday. His body was exhumed earlier today after the Sindh government restored the original medical board.
