ISLAMABAD - The Outcome Based Education (OBE) Implementation Committee of Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan has finalised and recommended Programme Learning Outcomes (PLOs) for the undergraduate degree programmes that do not fall under the purview of any accreditation or regulatory council.
