ISLAMABAD - The Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan, has launched National Leadership Engagement Series called ‘The Quality Compact’ on the Pakistan Precepts, Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (PSG-2023).
