Windtree has entered a $60M financing pact led by Build and Build Corp to fund the first BNB treasury strategy by a Nasdaq-listed firm. Subject to shareholder consent, the deal could expand to $200M and will fund direct BNB purchases, Osprey BNB Chain Trust shares, custody and yield systems.
