According to a Bloomberg report on Friday, Li has partnered with Fenbushi Capital co-founder Shen Bo, HashKey Group CEO Xiao Feng, and Meitu founder Cai Wensheng to launch an Ether accumulation strategy through a Nasdaq-listed shell company.
