Israel's Foreign Ministry says it has summoned the Armenian ambassador for a “stern reprimand” following the country’s announcement that it will recognize the state of Palestine. Armenia is the latest country to make such an announcement since the start of Israel’s war against Hamas following the terror group’s October 7 attack — following Slovenia, Ireland, Spain and Norway’s moves earlier this year. June 12 was really a watershed; it was at least the most brutal and unprecedented behavior I have ever seen by the police, lawyer Arsen Babayan said at a press conference. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) to the FY 2025 State and Foreign Operations (SFOPs) Appropriations Bill, which increases funding for the Republic of Armenia by $100,000,000 under the AEECA account, reports the Armenian Assembly of America. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has dissolved his six-member war cabinet after former general Benny Gantz resigned. The IDF reported, that 160 rockets launched in the barrage from Lebanon crossed the border into northern Israel after top Hezbollah commander killed. It says several rockets were intercepted by air defenses, while others impacted at several locations. As a result of the rocket impacts, several fires were sparked, the army says.
