Within the 10th annual TSCFP Awards held in Singapore by the Asian Development Bank, Armeconombank was granted the Gender Champion award. For a long time, the Bank has kept female involvement at the core of its strategy, both in terms of women's advancement inside the organization itself and lending to women entrepreneurs. Since 2018, the Bank has attracted resources equivalent to more than USD 65m from international partners for projects supporting women and, parallel to business funding, has been provided with technical assistance aimed at increasing the financial literacy of female entrepreneurs and implementation of successful projects, among others,. Meanwhile, women make about 65% of the bank's personnel, and about 15% of them hold managerial positions.

Ucom, in collaboration with SunChild NGO, has successfully completed a sustainable energy project in the Shikahogh settlement of the Kapan community, Syunik region. A photovoltaic panel with an installed capacity of 10.44 kW has been installed on the roof of the Shikahogh Cultural Center. This will supply electricity to the cultural center, the local municipality, and outdoor lighting. The Shikahogh Cultural Center is of utmost importance to the community, as it houses the local library. Renovations are planned in the near future, enabling residents to use the center for various cultural events and activities. Ucom has successfully concluded the first batch of its uGeneration Summer Internship Program. This initiative provides students with the opportunity to take their first steps in their careers, develop practical skills, and network with leading professionals in the field. From over 200 applicants, 20 participants were selected for the program’s first stage. These students participated in courses designed to enhance their professional skills and interned at the company's sales and service offices or in the call center. 13 of the participants who successfully completed the program, received job offers from Ucom, with flexible schedules that allow them to balance work with their studies.
